Wonderful management, great team-work, friendly staff, great learning opportunities, room for growth and continued education & certifications supported

Cons

Can be short staffed and over worked at times. Floating often is not ideal.

Pros

Continuously improve and provide more benefits. Quickly deal with issues that arise due to rapid growth such as lack of parking. Adding staff to assist with improvements with employee satisfaction and retention.

Cons

Some issues within the office and between staff does not appear to be handled quickly or at all. Behaviors of some seem to be ignored and not corrected. Some benefits are more focused towards care providers and not the business office staff.
