Senior Management leads like they have no strategy or idea of where the organization is going. IS leaders are fearful to ask the CIO to break down his requests and explain them. Lay-offs occurred a few months ago.

Children's Hospital of WI is a satisfying place to work. The children and families appreciate the high-quality care that they receive when coming to the hospital. This makes coming to work very easy.

Cons

I don't agree with the management style at Children's Hospital. The leaders are not very strong, and middle management has had little to no training in being an effective leader. The hospital does not support or encourage advancement or seeking other opportunities within the system.
