Lacks professionalism, and now too much micromanaging. This department used to be admired due to the cohesiveness and team’ moral that was developed by the prior supervisor. New practices has caused management decisions to turned the department into a disrespectful and toxic environment. Several people from different departments within the organization returned to their prior positions due to too much micromanaging. From a team of 15 members to 7 within 6 months and two candidates hired decided after a month of training “No thanks” can’t handle the pressure from leaders in place. In our meetings the leaders asked if we know someone who need a job. I thought “No, I want to keep my friends.” Management see the department spiraling down for multiple reasons; lack of professionalism, favoritism, micro aggressions, continued condescending and disrespect in the work place and yet nothing is being done. Informing HR is a joke, HR is never on your side. If your sanity is important to you Beware!!

Low pay and annual reviews - raises are really awful.
