Cons

This job can be emotionally draining. The insurance isn’t the greatest and you have to use your own PPL for holidays.

Great values and benefits. The people really care about what they do.

Cons

There is no room for growing. Not even laterally it seems. I wanted to stay at children’s but after three rejections into new positions I had to move somewhere I had space to grow.
