Pros

Staff is wonderful: friendly, professional, team players, and very helpful. Management is ok. They do care about clients and their care. But they are so wrapped up in making money, they don’t see “the forest for the trees. “

Cons

Very low pay. Management unwilling (unable?) to make the tough decisions it takes to make some key improvements materialize.

Pros

They will sell you on a "family" environment but it is really a pit of vipers.

Cons

Anytime there is a question of "what is the appropriate" thing to do, or you question anything your job is threatened. As a nurse, you will be left working in the pavilions for 16-24hrs due to there is no one to relieve you. Your schedule won't be sent to you until the day before it ends. And if you make them made they will punish you by not giving you shifts. As a nurse PTO is not paid out at your actual pay rate it is at about half. Simply put-- the turn over rate for nurses here is insane. There is no opportunity for advancement here.

Helping disabled children get better.

Cons

The most cheapest company I’ve ever worked for. Pay is horrible, high turn over, benefits are a complete joke, (2 weeks vacation after a whole year working for them) and not to mention the micro-management.
