Pros

The patients are the best part of working at this place. Great for a nurse fresh out of school. They don't require experience. They have a training class before you begin working with the children.

Cons

The pay is really bad. Starting at $15/hour as an LPN. There are a lot of disgruntled employees that work there. Some have been there for many years and treat patients very poorly.

No care for nursing staff No care for patients They don’t listen when you advocate for your patients Staffing lies Regularly stuck for 24-36 hour shifts Regularly mess up paychecks Have to jump threw hoops for PTO Case managers are terrible Office does not communicate truthfully with field staff Staffing and owner tries to bully you into taking more shifts Punishes nurses by cutting hours if they don’t like you or if you have a financial need you tell them about

* Be prepared to be lied to. * Family run and they play favorites. * PTO time is hard to come by.
