Not professional at all with their employees

I worked for a short time in this company, I have nothing positive to say. The work environment is toxic. You cannot have emergency personnel because they do not let you leave. During the interview, they tell you an acceptable compensation but at the beginning they give you the minimum even if you have experience in the healthcare field. There is no team work and the worst thing is if your manager doesn't like you, they don't even greet you and they look for someone for no reason so they can give you a layoff.
