Pros

Amazing culture of people that are positive and eager. Explosive new category that they have a lead and momentum in. Leadership is loved and very helpful.

Cons

Not much to complain about. Onboarding is not quite as organized as I would want but currently rebuilding the entire onboarding process.

Pros

Chorus is really on the forefront of an emerging market that is already exploding. Conversation Intelligence is the missing link between sales engagements and CRM data (and that's vastly underselling the value). It's nice to be able to go to work for a company that has a product that improves my own life as a CS rep everyday - makes it a lot easier to bring energy and enthusiasm to my customers! Also it's worth mentioning that I truly believe in the leadership team and that they have our best interests at heart.

Cons

We're in a new space, we're growing rapidly, our product makes improvements almost daily - it's admittedly tough to keep up with sometimes. If you're looking to work for an established company in an established market/product space - this isn't the place for you.
