Pros

Fun, young employees; cool office and location; fantastic training program; unlimited paid time off; stock options; open-door policy re communication with upper management; tons of snacks; motivating and inspiring executives

Cons

none really, neighborhood parking can be tough; office is growing rapidly so space is tight

Pros

The people here are incredible — true hard workers who genuinely care about helping restaurants succeed. Collaboration and creativity still thrive within individual teams despite the turbulence. The benefits are strong, and the LA headquarters is beautiful and thoughtfully designed.

Cons

Leadership has completely lost its way, and it shows. Poor decision-making has created instability, low morale, and a revolving door of layoffs that force remaining employees to wear multiple hats without support. The once-great company culture has deteriorated — what used to feel like a mission-driven startup now feels reactive and uncertain.

Pretend to care about their employees

Pros

Lots of good benefits like free HMO, cheap pet insurance, "unlimited" PTO. Perks include lots of free food and drinks. Ramp allows salespeople to earn a lot of commission in their first few months.

Cons

The company does not really care about you. People in sales are judged solely by the numbers on their KPI, and if there is a dip, they will not take into consideration time off. There were talks of several rounds of promotion, but ended up laying off half the sales team instead-- without warning. HR doesn't really care either. There was a months long battle in investigations about a sexual harasser there; they didn't fire the harasser, they fired an employee who was trying to protect the person harassed. All in all, they only care about you if you bring them the revenue they want.
