      Hardwork goes unnoticed...

      Pros

      Pleasant & enjoyable coworkers, PTO, & it's a job.

      Cons

      Expensive benefits, unprofessional management, underpaid staff (if you aren't a dr or a nurse), parking is a mile away and you have to take a shuttle. Penny raises and no praise for your hardwork.

      Pros

      Lot's of different things to work on The medical staff is actually pretty good to work with

      Cons

      Since they got rid of the last managed service provider, they haven't hired any internal staff, and aren't replacing people when they leave. We are 1 -2 resignations from total disaster. Salaries are high, but with so few people to do so much, operating in Hero Mode constantly burns people out. This mouse is getting off the boat before it sinks.

      Pros

      Nice patients good ice the air is always on. Other than that there aren't any really good pros to this job well the benefits.

      Cons

      Nurses are lazy. They complain management is a joke. They don't work around your school schedule no one cares about how hard your struggling with school or if you can make it in.
