Pros

Confidence in coworkers and providers- great nursing team- genuinely there to help others and each other. Julie Holt has done an awesome job getting raises for staff to be competitive now in the area.

Cons

Pressure to maintain productivity- night shift shortages fluctuate as all hospitals do-

Pros

The job is very easy. Very little stress. My team is great and my manager is very nice. Flex time is great.

Cons

Raises are very small as are bonuses if they are given. PTO is not very good. You get one lump sum for sick time, vacation and holidays.

Management, no bonuses, too many people have terrible work ethic so there are constant call-offs, and much more.
