Decent pay. Good cafeteria. Centrally located.

Cons

This place is awful. They don't care about their employees. Never able to take time off due to low staffing. Always short staffed and overworked.

Some friendly people. Decent benefits. The pay was nice and more than others in the area.

Cons

A lot of favortism. If you aren't an RN or doctor, you don't matter. Management doesn't care about employees, they just want the job done regardless. Very uncaring. The horror stories from the O.R would turn your stomach.

Some of the people were decent to work with

Cons

Hated working here got orientated by four different people each doing the job a different way. When I did the job the way the first person showed me was told I was doing it wrong. And the new person orientating me would go back to the manager and say I wasn't doing well in progressing.
