Great people working there, I genuinely liked all the people from my department! interesting day to day task and challenging... it is special and really interesting to work with art!

Cons

The salaries are on the low side, not to speak about bonus. The company doesn't offer benefits/compensations either...which is really not motivating...

High turnover in lower positions, very low compensation, very disorganized managment Seems like people hired in upper management positions do not necessarily have the skills and knowledge to be qualified.
