Horrible Management, Puts Profits Above People

Pros

The employees in operations are great and friendly. The internships are very useful for students. Good benefits (not pay) If you are an art specialist you will be worshiped, and everyone must obey

Cons

Upper management is dishonest to employees (and customers) to avoid embarrassment and damage to their reputation. The art is constantly mishandled, lost, and broken. Management is horribly disorganized and little emphasis is put on enforcing security and employee safety. Employees are encouraged to 'stay out of the way' of the art specialists and allow them to do whatever they want.

Pros

Many of the people are very intelligent and personable with a passion for what they do whether they be specialists on the art/collectibles side or on the business administration side.

Cons

Politics and egos, but then every company I have worked at, and I have worked at a lot, both big and small enterprises, has that problem.
