      For those employees who are passionate about art and also enjoy the business side of things, working at Christie's can be a good fit.

      Cons

      In my experience, it was difficult to advance in the organization, laterally as well as vertically.

      Bad place to work - Company Earns Billions a year but pay to staff is a joke

      Pros

      None because you can't pay bills on the awful or no salary they provide. If more staff there realized that the pay is a joke then they might get a clue and complain or quit and soon upper management might realize that they need to pay their employees a decent wage who work above and beyond on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Horrible pay but the expect you to work as if you are being paid a high salary. Upper management/supervisors are paid well. Staff paid like they are slaves. Upper management/supervisors don't know what they are doing. No ability to manage or supervise. Much of the staff think they are Gods gift to the art industry when really they are clueless fools who should get over their egos.
