Pros

Non toxic environment (unless you are toxic) ESOP - Spectacular returns to ensure a great retirement (has 401K also). Great Intern program to bring in new talent.

Cons

Can be long hours, depending on department.

The company has a good culture where everyone supports each other.

They place too much emphasis on the ESOP. It's a great retirement vehicle, but they can be slightly stingy because of it.

Pros

I've worked here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Working at Christman presents you with a lot of opportunities on working on some of the most interesting and unique projects. The work environment is great and I feel like there's a ton of people to help guide you or provide advice. Just an overall great team to work with. Christman is an employee owned company and you have an opportunity to own something instead of working for someone else's bottom line. We become partners, which makes everyone want to succeed, because your success is my success.

Cons

Like with any construction company, hours and expectations can be high.
