-great entry into editorial jobs -amazing company culture -- close knit but also a large successful publishing house

Cons

-could potentially give interns a heavier workload and more responsibility

Pros

There are a lot of fun and silly projects to work on. Great variety of formats. Nice people. Good work/life balance.

Cons

When a product or brand does well, they plaster is on as many additional products as they can. It makes sense, but there is a good chunk of production work.
