Chrysalis Health is an excellent company to start in the field of counseling and train in evidence based best practices. Yes, there is more driving since it is community based counseling which may incur additional wear and tear on your personal vehicle and there is a travel stipend incorporated into your compensation. We do strive to promote from within and recognize those that work hard, have a good attitude and are motivated to learn more and inspire others. Thank you for all you do! I am curious about what is perceived as disorganization and would love to hear your opinion on how we may improve this. Cons

The pay was very low for the experience, If there were no cases you did not get paid, and there was no compensations. Cases were all over the county.

Not knowing what your position was with us, I'm not sure what you mean by there were no cases and you did not get paid. We do serve clients all over the state, however areas are zoned so you may stay within a specific servIce area or areas. I wish you well in your future endeavors and hope you found an employer that makes you happy and fits your needs better.

Thank you for your positive review current employee. We greatly appreciate any and all feedback you can provide and encourage you to join our Chrysalis Health quarterly Think Tank if you haven't already. The next meeting is scheduled for December 9th at 2:00pm. Information regarding locations and conference line are sent via company email. We do encourage all employees to engage in activities that promote individual health, wellness and balance. Depending on your location, we periodically provide chair massages, yoga, meditation, appreciation events, etc for this very reason. I encourage you to work with your supervisor regarding potential burnout and your inconsistent income as he/she can provide guidance and support to improve. As for the excessive paperwork/documentation, I encourage you to provide more information to your supervisor or feel free to contact me at 954-587-1008 Ext. 1014. Our documentation requirements at this time are quite streamlined, required in order to provide therapeutic services and are all included in our electronic medical records system.
