Micro management can be difficult when several managers feel they are more important than the next manager. Lack of communication / direction / accountiblity. People are wound too tight with stress and success or therefore lack of. Management / supervisors / work leaders need training on how to be leaders, how to manage and how to direct and how to be directed. This training should be monitored by performance. Management is all too quick to offer demeaning critizisms that erodes ones self esstem, and in the same breath commend their own efforts to run a tight ship. Management should change and/or rotate jobs/postions from time to time. Its always a good idea to work in all aspects of the business, from department to department, to unit to unit, to branch to branch.

Little room for growth but in tough time this is acceptable. Pretty poor computer technology for a large company---so many systems in use that track data it is difficult to get information on one product with one consistent number! Seems they should address this sooner rather than later for efficiency.
