Have good benefits and give you incentives bonus for your 401k and one for you once a year

It have it issues like any other manufacturer company but I consider it not the worst out there

Cons

Operate very lean and do not pay well enough to get good operators.

Interview process was not too bad at all. Had to go through a few rounds with different individuals but HR was extremely communicative through the entire process.
