      Pay, vacation, giveaways, sick time, bonus

      Cons

      Management needs to go, production manager claims people matter but his actions say otherwise. Multiple safety changes have been made that increase employee discomfort, while the actual cause of the issue goes unresolved. Supervisors show rampant favoritism and nothing is done about it.
