Pros

Used to have employee stock discount but that was taken away. Very hardworking and friendly people in the labs.

Cons

Insane workload with mediocre pay. More acquisitions with no added resources. Hard to advance up the career ladder in the last few years. Lots of politics trickling down and draining moral lately. It used to be a great place to work but not anymore.

Pros

Decent pay for the area. Benefits. Location. Used to get good bonuses and holiday perks along with a sense of reward and recognition for the amount of work you put in. That no longer exists under the newer management.

Cons

Management has changed in the last couple years. Used to be good, now it's not. No clear direction. Virtually no real training program. Schedule change at least once a year. Policy trumps common sense. HR treats floor employees as inferior.

Pros

Product lines have a stable outlook for employment

Cons

Organization manages by fear and intimidation tactics. If you have a problem' their up door policy is just that ,the opening of the door to fire you. There is no interaction with production people and management to promote moral because there are 300 people waiting in line for your job....you don't like it here LEAVE. The organization could be the poster child for favoritism which effects raises and moral, the people working there clearly know to keep there mouth shut . It is pretty bad when you go out to eat in a restaurant and here people talk about how bad the place is to work.
