Discriminatory and exploitative

Pros

Flexible PTO policy Benefits package isn't horrible

Cons

Stuffy, 1980s corporate management style, the company always comes first and one's personal life is always less important. Upper management is completely disconnected from the business. It's all about spreadsheets and money; nobody at the top really understands where that money actually comes from. A lot of favoritism and unequal treatment of workers in similar roles. Witch hunts and outright persecution of disfavored employees. Discrimination is a problem.
