Poor management. Extremely heavy workloads on a consistent basis. Culture of fear. The line employees are excellent, but not appreciated as such.

I had great PTO time.

Cons

Not forward thinking, no advancement opportunities (especially if you’re a woman!), don’t feel like you have a seat at the table. The company is notorious for pushing down out of touch and unrealistic expectations from the top. Overall, super old-school business strategy/mentalities. Upper management is not interested in your ideas or suggestions.
