1. The incapable micromanaging new leadership. 2. The one and only value being the bottom line. 3. Lots of nepotism everywhere 4. Leaders creating inner circles and backstabbing each other. 5. Heavy turnovers due to growing toxic work environment. 6. Very low salaries and no increases over 4 years.
