      A company that doesn't care about employees and body shop that is loosing its course to Indian outsourcing companies

      Pros

      no pros for a company that is declining in growth.

      Cons

      1) worst recruiting team and re-deployment team. when the project gets over HR advice employees to look employment some where else. 2) indirectly forcing old employees to resign by taking away their benefits. 3) no sign of growth even for talented and hardworking employees.

      Useful stepping stone, employees are a commodity

      Pros

      If you are looking for a stepping stone into a new role or technology, this could be the place for you. Use it as a temporary gig to get yourself to the next step in your career. If you like traveling to clients and working onsite at a client then this is the place for you. You'll learn lessons about how not to run a company, what a negative culture looks like, how to not treat your employees. All good lessons, if you understand that it will be very difficult to succeed in the environment and take the lessons learned as a great learning experience - it can be a positive experience.

      Cons

      Employees are treated as a commodity. Management treats its highly and skilled workforce as a number and simply headcount. You aren't a person in their eyes. Don't count on a fulfilling work environment or a place to plant your feet and grow your career.

      Pros

      If it wasn't for SE Leadership, I would have been gone long before I did leave. Unlimited time off is a nice perk but it's to prevent bench time which doesn't exist.

      Cons

      Misleading to new employees about bench time. You have a week to find a new position and most would require moving to a new city. Ciber is nothing more than a staffing firm as their redeployment process shows jobs that are staffed by typical staffing companies. Zero communication from executive leadership on reasons for delays in paying bonuses. The company is in a tailspin since new leaderahip took over. Stock crashed to $0.98 after 1st quarter earnings.
