      A good solid company was destroyed by the CEO

      Cons

      What a mess Boustridge and Piermarini made of a great company. Could not have destroyed it any faster if they had tried.

      Going from a once great consulting firm to a mediocre contracting company

      Pros

      Relatively good pay, decent benefits, flexible work hours as long as Client approves. They do try to place people who are on the bench. The local managers are mostly still good, competent people from the pre-HTC days.

      Cons

      There has been a big transition since the buy out by HTC but it has not been communicated well to employees. No more annual pay increases or performance bonuses. Required to use personal PTO for all business holidays. They will always put the concerns of the client over their own employees. None of these changes have been communicated to the employees well. Now with one of their biggest clients putting duration limits on staff aug consultants I imagine it will be a struggle in the upcoming months.
