      One project at a time

      Cons

      Company would play favorite and will not provide career. You work and get paid for your work kind of culture . Salary hikes not a possibility. You may found people with incompetence In Management ... that explain why it bankrupted last year.., nothing has change. Sales teams are not able to bring new Contracts and any Tom and Harry kind of people goes up in hierarchy and create nothing but stress in crew...

      Pros

      The people I worked with and my direct managers were very personable and friendly. The work environment was always professional, and the compensation was competitive with the market.

      Cons

      The company is still struggling with the transition to a new structure with the acquisition last year. Some areas of the business are not being actively pursued, resulting in a lack of work for consultants as projects end.
