Supportive in their efforts regarding family leave of absence. The ciber U is great.

Cons

The performance process takes too long and very inconsistent.

Work environment is good and working hours were flexible

Cons

Not sure how they assign the domains to the freshly recruited candidates. The decision making done behind this assignment process was completely private. This leads the employee to confusion upon his capabilities.
