Good working cultured, Employee Friendly, Flexible Work Time, Descent Salary Hike, No Pressure,

Cons

In terms of work, there is no challenging stuff, Freshers cannot able to learn much here, Company is more concerned on billable hours, they will put bench people to irrelevant technologies and not look on the career prospective of the employeee.

- have connections at some major companies - use as way to get your foot into door at companies - you can get some good opportunities but you need to work the internal organization to make food things happen for you. - I did work with some very smart and supportive peers at Ciber

Cons

- horrible corporate Culture - no one as ' go to in company to be your advocate, people did not even know who their boss was due to organizational confusion! - 'contract house' mentality, did not recognize its staff as its most important assets- lost many people as result - expected 100% billable time- no recognition of transition timing ( no fault of associate), yet staff asked to take their pro time or unpaid time off due to timing gaps or poor planning by mgmt
