they will give good salary for experience guy's and cultural events are very nice

Cons

They will not care for career growth and interest of the employee. They only think billable and how to make money from the employee. and more important is HR policy like PIP, this is for people who are in bench to fire.

Good compensation and initially provided growth from within.

Cons

Management became inconsiderate; ultimately top level executives were replaced and I understand it is better now.
