Very tight with money High turnover with the account managers so communication from the field can be tough

Pros

The furniture was beautiful. Obviously I don't have many nice things to say about ciber due to the downturn of their culture.

Cons

Ciber used to be a great place to work. The President cared for his people and had an awesome work-life balance. During the Executive turnover betwen 2010-current, they have lost that culture and are faced with a more challenging work environment.

Pros

They pay a decent salary when they have work for you. As a full-time employee you get decent benefits. Company is trying to get project work vs. provide-bodies-in-chairs work.

Cons

They have absolutely no loyalty to employees: so long as they have work for you, all is well; as your assignment comes to an end, you scramble to find a new assignment, else you'll be in the unemployment line. There is no sense of culture or camaraderie.
