      - Solid customer base in some markets and well rounded / qualified consultants that want to work for the smaller firm with a local presence.

      Cons

      - Over the last 3 -5 years Ciber has an identity crises and also has failed embrace it's core market of staffing, and which markets/industries they want to focus / invest within. -Too much new/senior management brought in without supporting revenue streams and needs.
