      Paid on time biweekly without any raise for 4 years

      Cons

      No added benefits unless you are a sales guy who can generate revenues everyone else is a billable headcount. The day you are not billable, give yourself a two weeks notice.

      Pros

      Nothing but great things to say about Ciber. The new executive team has the right plan and now it comes down to execution. Few highlights from my experience: - Honest and open communication from the top down. - Great opportunity for growth and experience in a variety of fields - Skip level meetings, open door policies make for an easy relaxed atmosphere - My direct manager is always willing to help, provide feedback, and coaching

      Team atmosphere could be improved. It's important to foster that type of environment to encourage collaboration and cooperation.
