      Pros

      They do pay. Base pay only, they lie about "bonus" and you're 'contribution'.

      Cons

      Destructive Management Practices. Inhumane Policies (work 64 hours, get paid for 40). If you take vacation (PTO) you are forced to make-up the "lost hours". You MUST Travel routinely and work on numerous projects at the same time. They are being removed from many clients due to ethics issues, false billing, treatment of consultants, etc.

      Pros

      Pays is better than average. Good people to work with. The relationship with clients appear to be good.

      Cons

      The hiring of former EDS managers has made CIBER a highly political environment within certain practice groups. Like many SAP places it is "hire then fire" regarding projects, and that will catch up to them.

      Most of the team members I've met have 10+ years of experience and that makes a significant difference on the quality of work we deliver

      Cons

      Specially for new projects, there are many people involved at the start and reporting structure isn't as clear as it should be
