Pros
It was always interesting having access to technical professionals. I learned more about technology in 3 months than recruiters who have been in the industry for years.
Cons
The whole company is in a downward spiral. They brought in too many recruiters and not enough sales people. Management really doesn't have a clue. Pay is dismal. I was doing the same work as others and getting paid half as much. That doesn't do much to drive morale.
