Managed services (at Disney World) seem to be led by self-centered, egotistical leaders; very cliquish - if you don't belong, don't expect to be treated fairly. Leaders behave as dictators - don't do things their way, you're out; sometimes exhibit petty behavior - indicative of a lack of leadership skills. They also seem to unable to identifiy skilled individuals in thier ranks - give best assignments to those they like best. Some Project Managers treat Business Analysts like subordinates rather than partners - often relegated to clerical duties.
