      Pros

      Attractive office. Some teams have the ability to work from home on occasion.

      Cons

      * Low compensation. Senor leadership demands > 30% margin at the expense of the employees. * No rewards or recognition for top performers. * No career path. * Special bare-bones benefits package created just for this account. * Cubicles are small, and noise is a problem. Hard to talk on the phone and concentrate.

      Pros

      Might have been a great place to work at one point, but forget about it now. It could be the Detroit, MI location, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt there. Might seem sad, but that is the only pro that I have for the company.

      Cons

      Just name it. Horrible pay. No growth opportunities. No room for training. Benefits have been cut to practically nothing. Management is not responsive, unless you start including their management in the emails. You might see your account rep once a year if you are lucky. I suggest you take a picture so that you can recognize him in the future. Stay away from the Detroit, MI office.

      Why I came back to Ciber

      Pros

      Excellent Sr. Management. I have never seen a manager work so hard to make sure her team succeeds. She spends so much of her time to figure out what the road blocks are and how to get rid of them, she is an advocate for her entire team and has no problem escalating the issue if needed. Tara Smith and other Sr. managers like her is the reason I came back to Ciber.

      Annual reviews are often delayed then don't happen.
