      large international divisions in this company (global) which "can" sometimes impact domestic opportunities and development as well as corporate "focus".

      Pros

      CIBER has some very large clients, and projects are mostly long term (2 years) or more. The base pay is within range of other companies. There is a lot of opportunity for technical training.

      Cons

      You will, at some point be on a large project and expected to work unpaid overtime and weekend work. But then you'll have times when no overtime is needed. Not enough PTO days (8 per year), but you are allowed to take unpaid leave.
