      Bad management in Russia

      At ciber russia I have got Regular payments, good collegues and pretty good health insurance. Working with clients is quite interesting.

      Cons

      Really bad management here in Russia. A lot of intrigues, fires. All workers always stay on edge because of extreme demand from management and not correct evaluation from sales.

      A lot of experience, small groups, work-life is okay.

      Cons

      Sometimes not a clear defined structure or processes. In Europe they sometimes miss the nice and really big projects. Payment is so-so.
