      Pros

      Good starting point for a fresh recruit-software engineer. Management is willing to give detailed feedback on performance, areas of improvement and growth paths. Good co-workers, always willing to lend a helping hand.

      Cons

      Projects can drag on for a long time and for people who are looking for wider experience, that can be a problem.

      -Good Work Life Balance -Lot of Fun activities happen every quarter.(HR Activities are good, feel like family ) -Friendly atmosphere , People are good to help in the teams. -No Micro Management , - Not restricted to working hours if there is no work. - Good Packages for Exp People

      Cons

      - very short projects -No defined goals for Employees growth -Freshers can't grow in this company , there is no mentor ship / Guide / Proper manager to shape up the freshers career - wherever they have requirement (irrelevant to your skills) they will push the Associate level people when they are on bench -No Onsite Opportunities ( only 1 or 2 months onsite opportunities even if you get a chance )

      Pros

      Good to work. There main business in India comes from consulting and they send employees as consultants, its a good place to work.

      Cons

      It is difficult to change your interest once you come back from client site, people manager will force you to place somewhere even if you are not interested to work in that place. One company but have different business heads / expenses.
