Decent Salary to start with if you can bargain well. Claims to be cash rich company , difficult to say how long they can sustain if they continue like this.
Cons
Just last year they have taken over a small company called Iteamac in Bangalore and have handed over all the management to this company for local affairs. By looking at their operations its difficult to say who has taken over whom. Absoultely mismanaged company in form of disorganized branches , without any focus and vision. Just doing handful of adhoc projects. Micro-management without any sight of specific goals , offshore staff just being handcuffed and victim of all blame games due to non technical onshore counterparts whose performance are miserable. No process in place . You have the job till the time project is on. No bench, No practice concept.
