Pros
Leadership is very hands-off, which means you have a ton of autonomy. A huge backlog means you don't actually have to get things accomplished.
Cons
The culture is not one where you are praised or rewarded for anything you accomplish. There is no feel of teamwork or comraderie at all. There is really no culture at all. There are never meetings or information from senior management about goals or expectations. It is like working in a vacuum. Teams are very under-staffed and over-worked. Senior management snickers at forward thinking ideas/technology and does not believe in marketing or advertising in any way. The company has been around since 1974 and no one knows who we are or what we do.
