      Not good option for hard working people having urge to grow in career. Too much of politics.

      Initially Good pay and not much pros you can see in here.

      1.Lots of Cost cutting to show revenue generation and not by getting more projects LOL.. :). Such a cheap mentality of management. 2. No career growth. Concentrate only on billable hours. Otherwise your so called Performance linked bonus will be lost even though you have worked hard for almost a year. PLB system is designed in that way. 3.Managers are just show off as if they have control on all things. But onsite people knows these guys are complete fake and bulls**t and not capable to do any good work. So very few projects (will be nil as time goes on) outsourcing from onsite to offshore. 4. You will be always in unnecessary stress, even without being in project for loosing PLB (Cut form salary) and laid off at any time.
