Its been a year in Ciber and its the worst experience I have. This is my 4 th company and I did experience all types of politics. But this is the worst of all. And the bad part is managers and seniors management doesnt bother to solve these things. This destroyed the faith in the company an its not only me most of peers. Company hires professionals by bidding high salary but doesnt maintain the professional ethics to retain the employees.Before they give sessions for employees on work ethics give the managers about the manners and courtesy.Though I didnt get affected directly the way it affected others made me insecure. I left this company with complete dissatisfaction and will never recommend this company even to my enemies.
