Will not recommend to join CIBER - High Politics Organisation played by Manager's
Pros
No hard work is recognized, most of the manager's in this organization are liar's and high politics played and these people are supported my their director's who is bribed and butter and in either of the ways, what ever manager's says is right. Each individual's are not called for one-on-one meeting with HR, what ever the senior management say's that's the final decision. It's not a good place to work. The salary what we take home is pea nuts too much deductions. I HATE POLITICS of managers played with their sub-ordinates and tells lies to superior he/she has an attitude problem. If they give me an opportunity to join this organization, never I opt for re-hire, senior management (directors) are not good and no safety to females, which I have observed in this organization with my experience where in I am working in this organization close to 5 years. Harassment is typical to females in this organization, women employees are not treated well.

it's not a good place to work, my experience in this organization is very BAD and no growth and high politics is played. No opportunities given to the hard working employees, all they listen to the manager's. It's not an good option, will not give any leaves as and when required, manager's treat their sub-ordinates as slaves. regarding promotions - verbal commitment, no growth ladder and all false commitment, when it come to appraisal they do harassment to the employee when asked for the promotions, it's my experience in this organisation. Men domination is more, womens are treated badly..
