      2016 proxy contains misinformation regarding executive perks

      Pros

      Ciber has some talented people below the executive management level.

      Cons

      I just looked at my proxy materials and was astonished to see that disclosure of company perks was so cursory. Ciber is paying for all kinds of personal expenses for the executives, including apartments. These perks should have been disclosed. I believe the SEC has gone after companies for this. Tyson Foods for example!

      Pros

      They helped HP avoid paying the customary severance package. Better than unemployment, though not by much.

      Cons

      Is willing to be the pawn of HP. Poor benefits for recent hires, well below industry and what previously hired Ciber employees continue to receive. Tried to get away with offering low pay as well, some offers were half of what HP was paying for the same exact job.
