      Great coworkers at client installation Interesting work, able to make valued contributions, opportunities to build skillset.

      Cons

      No raises or promotions. Reviews perfunctory. Headquarters demonstrated no investment/value in employees. Headquarters's directive was to create immediate business expansion (increased billing) with no understanding of the competitive marketplace or the value & relationship-based model in play at the client. Headquarters either not willing to listen or unable to comprehend information and feedback provided by senior staff on site.

      Regular paychecks, decent health benefits, nice people

      Cons

      Very unenlightened leadership with no strategic vision. Everything is money first people second... penny wise, pound foolish. No cost of living raises and minimal support. Archaic PTO and sick time policy

      Below the senior leadership level, there are lots of great people who care and work hard to make a difference in spite of senior leadership.

      Cons

      Too many to list. The company operates like it is 1978. No modern strategy, no modern benefits, and treats employees like they are indentured. Stay away.
