      Pros

      Worked independently and I enjoyed the work. Ciber was a really nice place to work until Mac left.

      Cons

      Extremely unethical executive and middle management came in after Mac and created a dog eat dog environment. There was no organization after Mac.

      Terrible management. Way to management heavy. Terrible waste. It only takes a quick look at this company's stock price to know that they do not have a clue what they are doing. No work life balance.
