Pros

You will be kept busy with busy work. Drink fridge, remote hybrid for some positions, Thursday lunch.

Cons

Lots of overhead, pointless meetings, and daily status reports that are perceived as agile or scrum. Low compensation and annual raise if you are lucky to get it. Absolutely no career growth, culture is siloed by teams.

Pros

Working from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Great team, benefits & bonus program. Management is keeps communication open and gives heads up about future of the company monthly. In the office Tuesday and Thursday. Office located is next to I-15 & I-215 and light rail stop. Thursday lunches and drink fridge with a variety of snacks.

Cons

Older office in the industrial park.
